NEW OUTAGE/TROUBLE REPORTING NUMBER
Holly Springs Utility Department has recently contracted with Cooperative Response Centers (www.crc.coop) for after-hours and overflow call handling and dispatching. While the old, local numbers will continue to operate, their capacity to forward calls is limited. We are, therefore, asking customers reporting outages and other trouble to, whenever possible, utilize the new direct, toll-free number for trouble reporting:
